Where are we?

A dreamy villa located atop a hill, surrounded by cardamom plantations. The property, which is positioned on the crest of a hill, offers contrasting views in the morning and evening. A view of the valley, surrounded by several yellow bet hills, can be seen directly in front of the house, providing a sight to remember. When the hills vanish at night, the lights of the cities beneath the hill turn on, creating a stunning spectacle.

At the property, take a stroll through the cardamom plantation. Continue walking betdownwards until you reach the bottom of the hill, where you will be greeted by a magnificent pond loaded with a variety of fish.

How do we get here?

The Pepper Valley is located in a small village named Chellarkovil in the district of Idukki, in the State of Kerala. It is 14 kms from the Thekkady wildlife sanctuary.
A three-kilometer off-road patch leads to the residence. The property has a secure parking area that can accommodate up to two cars. Cars with low ground clearance can pass through the road, however, they may scratch the bottom a few times. We can arrange for safe paid parking for these cars, from which we can arrange for a Jeep to transport you to the property.

Air – Nearest Airport: Madurai (Tamil Nadu) 140 kms, Kochi (Nedumbassery – 170 km), Thiruvananthapuram (265 kms).

Rail – Nearest railway station is Kottayam (110 kms). Madurai station is 136 kms from here.

Road – An excellent road network from Kumily links the to all major towns and cities in India. Cochin town is 185 kms away.
